SOLGER
Band History and Discography compiled by Mark B.

Solger was Seattle's first hardcore band. Their lineup consisted of Kyle on vocals, Paul on guitar, Doug on bass, and Tor on drums. They released an EP around 1980 which is infamous mainly because of the terrible sound quality, but the songs were good. A subsequent visit to the studio yielded better-recorded versions of their songs, which was posthumously released on cassette in 1983. Solger disbanded in 1981 and the members went on to such bands as R.P.A., the Fartz, and 10 Minute Warning.
