I'm currently a research associate at Prof. Yingkai Zhang's group in Department of Chemistry at New York University after completing Ph.D. in computational chemistry in NYU. My current research interests center on the development and improvement of combined quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) approach, the application of QM/MM method on histone-modifying enzyme, and the understanding of antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) on membrane systems.
