I love this record so much. Short but sweet, you get four total power pop anthems somewhere between what the Jam did before them and what bands like Jawbreaker would do after. Not to say they sound like either of those bands exactly, just that they play really upbeat, catchy pop punk with impassioned singing and rock and roll hooks. "Fountains" is my favorite track, but you can't go wrong with this one. If you were like me and assumed "Scratches and Needles" from that BYO comp was a fluke, then this will be a pleasant surprise (as will the LP, to a lesser extent). Look for the discography CD.
