Ohio's DELINQUENTS have a choice tape out that blows away their other effort, they sound totally balls off da walls hot--not unlike 7 SECONDS from Reno--good ideas, good changes. Another up and coming band that is doing something original, and you were right Rick, you are better than CHINA WHITE.
