THIS WEEKEND IN: PHILADELPHIA

By CHRIS BUNTING

April 8, 2003 -- IF you missed the annual cherry blossom shindig in our nation's capital this year (it ended yesterday), don't commit harikari -- you can still celebrate Japan's finest export at the University of Pennsylvania's 92-acre Morris Arboretum in Philadelphia this Sunday.

Say sayonara to stress by immersing yourself in the sea of pink and white blooms, attend a tea ceremony or get all zen in the arboretum's rock garden. Kids can hone their airplane-folding skills in origami classes. Live music performances and various Asian cuisines will be served. Kickoff is 11 a.m., admission is $8.
