CONGRATULATIONS NYU CLASS OF 2008!!!
I know it has been a long haul however you have actually done it your way.
Of all the dialogue concerning the various issues today, i.e., war, economics, Race,presidential hopefuls, etc., it is time to take a moment to celebrate the success of your journey.
For some of you this years graduation may be the end of an experience deemded purely academic, for others--it is the beginning of a journey full of new and fantastic experiences. What ever your point of view always remember that age old saying half the fun of traveling to a new destination is getting there.

The Progressive Association for
Political Action Housing

for "2007" is released

The findings of The Political Action Housing and Finance Committee Report are so
significant I thought it prudent to share them with you, since political affiliation
isn't a prerequisite to Justice, and Equality (In America).

The first order of business for the day begins at the Federal Level where putting the
breaks on those financiers who may be culpable for the high rate of unlawfully
foreclosed homes in African American neighborhoods, and low income areas
is first on the Legislative Update: Kudos to you--Senator Schumer(NY)!!!
Senator Schumer's bill will make lenders liable ...for promoting the kinds of
mortgages that lead to foreclosures: Senator Schumer has also asked for
Three Hundred Million Dollars in emergency funds "...to help consumers
