Blc. Chunyeah 'Tzeng-Wen' AM/AOS

Registered in 1991, Blc. Chunyeah is a successful yellow standard cattleya grex with a number of awarded clones. The cultivar 'Tzeng-Wen' was the first to garner an AOS award, receiving an 82 point AM in 1999. It blooms throughout the year as growths mature, producing fragrant 5-6" rich yellow flowers with red lips. Many clones of this grex, and 'Tzeng-Wen' in particular, feature oversized yellow "eyes" in the lip that have coalesced into semicircular patches of intense yellow.
