Awarded an HCC/AOS in 1994, Blc. Jeremy Island 'Carmela' is a fine magenta-red cultivar that boasts excellent shape, a large full-formed "brasso" lip, and a relatively compact growth habit. The fragrant 6" flowers carry on the tradition of its highly-esteemed parents, and the plant itself is a vigorous grower under standard cattleya conditions.
