Paph. Kevin Porter

(micranthum x bellatulum)

Registered in 1990, Paph. Kevin Porter is an exciting primary hybrid that is well-known for its incredible raspberry-purple coloration. Unfortunately, most Kevin Porters inherit the weak stem of the bellatulum parent, and will generally have varying amounts of color break as well. However, most paph enthusiasts would agree that the striking mulberry color and impressively-inflated pouch more than make up for the grex's deficiencies and, indeed, the finest Kevin Porters must surely rank among the most stunning within the entire genus.
