Coordinated course schedules and student registration (using computerized system). Prepared program documentation and materials. Served as liaison among students, professors, and various administrative offices. Organized special events (including annual Media Ecology conference and Media Literacy Club activities). Supervised M.A. students' theses, independent studies, and internships.

Collected data from different types of discourse and media, and developed theoretical analysis of modal contrast (published in 1981). Participated in seminars and conferences at local universities.
