About 8 months ago I, like thousands of other X-BOX 360 owners, was afflicted with the horrible disease known to the world as the RED RING OF DEATH, or in lamance terms 3 red lights blinking on my 360. After doing some research on the Microsoft website dedicated to the 360, I discovered that this was a major hardware failure that many video game forums described as unfixable. But much to the dismay of those forum posters and Microsoft, who wanted me to shell out $140 for them to repair my system, I found a very cost-effective do it yourself fix, that has allowed me to enjoy my 360 problem free for 7 months and counting.
