The most exciting thing happened the other day! Fiona and I were at a meeting discussing the phenomenon of weblogging, and how neat it is to meet people whose pages we read (fellow webloggers at the meeting: Dana and Loua). I was telling her how one time at a Man in Gray show, Rae, who I know through Bryan, introduced me to Jay and Tom, whose pages I had been reading for a while. As soon as Fiona and I left, we ran into a girl on the street that Fiona knew, and it turns out it was Laura from The Modern Age! Since we're all webgeeks, Laura snapped a photo of Fiona and me. It's a small world. Good times, yo.
I just read that Bruce Willis bought twelve thousand boxes of Girl Scout cookies from his daughter to send to Afghanistan.
Saw Colin Quinn, Darrell Hammond, and a bunch of non-Saturday Night Live comedians at Comedy Cellar last night. It was a really good set! It was so odd to see Darrell Hammond doing his Bill Clinton impersonation ten feet in front of us after always watching it on SNL.
Michael Mann is making a film version of "Miami Vice." I have never seen a Michael Mann film or an episode of Miami Vice. I don't know why I mentioned that, really.
