Has anyone seen the clip of the Northbrook, Illinois, high school girls "hazing" their touch football opponents? You can read the article here and watch the clip here. One of the girls is quoted as saying, "It was supposed to be a friendly initiation into our senior year." Lovely.

Spongebob Squarepants...behind bars.

Train tracks, 106th St.

Graffiti, East Harlem.

In fact, do not put anything in the dryer.

Maybe these specs cost less because they look like they are from 1981.

Boxes at a convenient store somewhere in New England. This cardboard does not look "all-weather" durable to me. How about you?

I tried to snap a photo of this biker. I missed.

Wow! I work on 18th St. near Fifth Avenue, and this morning the street was transformed into a mecca of filmic brouhaha. Turns out they are shooting The Amazing Spider-Man. As the day progressed, the amount of trailers, extras, and equipment increased substantially. I can't say I enjoyed last year's Spider-Man (in fact, I thought it was pretty wretched), but since I'm a film geek I was dangling out of the office window for half the day checking out the scene on the street below. Looks exciting. Good times!

Holy smokes! I told myself I would spend less time staring at a computer screen and get some fresh spring air, but I keep finding ways to counteract my promise. In addition to recent addictions -- my Amazon wishlist, eBay, Friendster, and Photoblogs -- I jumped on the bandwagon and created a Fotolog. Rock n' roll!
