I am starting as an assistant professor at Rutgers in the Dept. of Genetics and BioMaPS Institute for Quantitative Biology starting in Fall 2009.
Until then, I am a postdoc at NYU working with Nikolaus Rajewsky and Mark Siegal.
I got my PhD in 2005 from UC Berkeley where I worked with Lior Pachter and Satish Rao.
