I am starting as an assistant professor at Rutgers in the Dept. of Genetics and BioMaPS Institute for Quantitative Biology in Fall 2009. I have funding for postdocs. If you are interested, feel free to send me email.

Here's a description of my research from the Rutgers Department of Genetics web page.

Until then, I am a postdoc at NYU working with Nikolaus Rajewsky and Mark Siegal. I was recently awarded the NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award. Before that, I was an NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein Postdoctoral Fellow.

I received my PhD in 2005 from UC Berkeley where I worked with Lior Pachter and Satish Rao. At Berkeley I was a National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellow.

I was an undergrad at Princeton where I was fortunate to work with Dannie Durand, Martin-Farach-Colton and Erik Winfree
