You're In the Picture! This project was originally designed for Photoshop Elements 2.0... it still applies to any later version of Photoshop Elements or other image editing software that has layers. I have not updated the text, so read and interpret for your version of software. Using the layer technology of Photoshop Elements PE 2.0 (made by Adobe), you will 'seamlessly' superimpose graphical elements over pictures. Note: This exercise is not meant to be a comprehensive PE 2.0 tutorial - it is just a sampling of what can be done with PE 2.0 for the purpose of experimenting. All students are expected to complete one graphic image using layers and PE2.0 software. Step by step Introduction / Background for the exercise Step One - find your images & get the sizes right Step Two - begin working with your subject Step Three - add in your background Note: A trial version of the current version of Photoshop Elements is available at Adobe's web site if you want to try this at home. It is software worth buying ! |
