Thesis Project:  Ryan Sylvester

 

For my master's degree in Educational Leadership I chose to write my thesis about a conference I helped develop as part of my practicum requirement for my degree.  The Student Academic Conference at Minnesota State University (MSUM) provided an opportunity for any MSUM student to present at a one-day conference held annually in April.  However, little was known, until my research, about how the experience of presenting at the conference impacts student presenters.  The word document below is my thesis:
