"Your best friend may stray but it's not becausehe's unfaithful...he just has a tiny, tiny brain."
What is EDT ?

The EDT is a remote controlled dog collar. Unlike normal collars this one has an LCD screen allowing the owner to control the message displayed on the collar.

A default message might allow others to know useful information about the dog. In an off-leash situation the display might inform others that the dog is currently under supervision, or that the dog is not friendly.

How Does it Work?

If the dog seems to be making a break for freedom the owner simply presses the button on the transmitter and the message on the LCD will change to notify others that the dog is lost and how to contact the owner.

Why EDT?

Why Not Just Regular Dog Tags?

The EDT is an updated and more practical version of normal dog tags. EDT provides the owner with a sense of security that their dog will be found due to the sophistication of the EDT system. For anyone who is familiar with runaway dogs, they will tend to roam in the evening. This means that even though the dog may have an ID tag, that tag is not only inaccessible to a “finder”, but may be illegible. Or, although spotted, the “finder” may not feel comfortable approaching the dog or holding it long enough to read the dog tags. Moreover, a “finder” may not be able to get close enough to the dog to even attempt the above. The EDT system solves all that by ensuring the LCD stays positioned at the back of the dog’s neck for readability, and because of the backlight display, the “finder” does not actually have to get too close to the dog to read the owner’s number.

The Future of EDT

Maybe your dog will become the next hot advertising property...after all you may love him but maybe it's time you put your dog to work for you!
