Cyber Sampler vs Quad Cam | Jelly Cam vs Spy Cam | Instax Mini 20 vs Joy Cam

The Fujifilm Instax Mini 20 and the Polaroid Joy Cam have the same function- to produce instant photographs. The Instax Mini uses batteries while the Joy Cam doesn't. The Joy Cam is a manual camera which has a mechanism to pull out the photographs once you have taken them. The Instax Mini is automatic in that the photographs will pop out. The Instax Mini cost around US $75. The Joy Cam cost approx. US $25.

The instant photographs that the Instax Mini produces is credit card size and the border size is smaller than the ones taken with the Polaroid Joy Cam. The Instax Mini has a better photo quality. The image is glossier and the colors are more vibrant than the ones produced by the Joy Cam.

Photograph #1 is taken with the Fujifilm Instax Mini 20. Photograph #2 is taken with the Polaroid Joy Cam.

Both cameras are light weight and portable except that the Joy Cam is larger and takes up more space to carry. The Joy Cam comes in two colors- silver and blue. The Instax Mini comes in three colors- black, purple and orange. In all, I think that both are pretty good buys and are very fun to use. They are useful for all purposes. :)
